The location was a real plus, with restaurants, shopping, and local attractions nearby, while the property itself still felt peaceful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything ran smoothly. Housekeeping was consistent, and the staff were attentive without hovering. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed, crisp linens, and soft pillows. The view was stunning. I also appreciated the high-quality toiletries, welcome note, and complimentary water. Breakfast was especially fresh, varied, and flavorful. From check-in onward, the staff greeted me warmly and made a point of looking after me. Every interaction felt personal and genuine. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but the comfort and care here really stood out. I’ll be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless stay.

Their meals are delicious, and the prices are down to earth. It’s a well-run place with a lovely setting and welcoming staff. If you’re looking for a classic restaurant and hotel, I’d suggest hotel Santa Lucia. You can thank me later.

Santa Lucia Hotel is one of the best in Cameroon so far, and I love the quality of the service. The bakery is one of the busiest, with very affordable items.

I knew Santa Lucia for its bakeries and supermarkets, so I was surprised to find out they also offer lodging. I didn’t see the hotel rooms, but I had a good lunch at the restaurant. The woman who served me gave quite good customer service.
