Mountain View Boutique Hotel

The food was fresh and tasty, with local dishes and spice that wasn't overwhelming. I also liked the professional photo shoot offered on the property: three photos are free to take home, and you can pay for more. I'd be happy to visit their other branches after this stay. It's a scenic, tucked-away spot with lovely views that stay with you. Despite feeling secluded, it's near the local tourist sights, especially the famous waterfall. Having the hotel arrange a pickup made getting there stress-free. Staff were friendly and keen to help. As an English speaker I could get by, though some basic Mandarin or a Mandarin-speaking friend helps. It was still very manageable without that. They have different pillow options, which helped me find what worked for a good night's sleep. The hospitality and brand details were thoughtful, and the place had a calm feel where time seemed to slow down. This was one of my most memorable trips. The hotel brand is called Jianglu.
