The hotel was very nice, and the breakfast buffet was good.

The pool was a very unpleasant experience. The guards were rude, and the water didn't really seem mineral as claimed. I was impressed by the amenities and room comforts for such a small, remote city, which is why I gave it a 4. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the food is mediocre. The location is great, with the plaza just across the street and restaurants nearby. Getting around was a hassle, though. Personal vehicles can only park in the lot at the hotel entrance, and every time I needed the golf car, the wait felt endless. Walking everywhere was the other option.

The female baggage handler's poor attitude left me very disappointed with the hotel.

Both the surroundings and the service were excellent, and I enjoyed the food as well.
