The service was awful from the start. At check-in, I handed the girl my identification, but she just stared and walked away without greeting me. Later, when I went to the health club to swim and calm down, the receptionist there also looked at me without saying anything and treated me like a child, or worse, like trash. I complained at the front desk, and the manager moved me to another room. That one had white stains on the furniture too, plus more chips in the fake wood furnishings and stains on the couch. The first room had white marks on most of the furniture and the bathroom door as well. The furniture looked 20 years old and cheap, with stains everywhere. For the most expensive room rate, I expected decent furnishings and to be treated well. This hotel was disgusting, with disgusting service. I moved to another hotel down the street, where I was treated with respect and found clean, sanitized, up-to-date furniture. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You can find better service and cleaner rooms elsewhere for half the price, or even a quarter of it.

There are lots of restaurants, bars, and parks right around the hotel. From the upper floors you get a great view of the city and the nearby mountains. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and well kept. Service is very friendly throughout, and people in the lobby show you local cultural heritage while you wait. A good place to stay in Baotou.

The room has an old-fashioned design, though everything is maintained well. I also liked the little touches that newer hotels don't provide, and seeing how durable the marble is. The service here is lovely, and the restaurant food is really tasty.

The room was clean and pretty ordinary, but the lobby and restaurant staff deserve a shout-out. They were very helpful and took the initiative to assist customers. Thumbs up to everyone 👍 I really enjoyed the restaurant's range of food, especially the desserts. The hotel is next to a shopping mall, and there's a small night market downstairs if you need something to do at night.

The room was plain but clean, though the room and lifts show their age. The bathroom is so cramped that there's barely room to move once the door is open. I loved the night view while lying in bed, and breakfast was decent for an international hotel.
