The location worked really well for my first trip to Beijing, and I was there for more than a week. My room was quiet and comfortable, and the reception team were kind and helpful. I got a kick out of the little hotel robot bringing deliveries right to the door 😂. I had a great stay and hope I can come back.
I could give most things here an 8 or 9. Laundry is available, and you can ask for drinking water whenever you need it. The one downside was the drain, which sometimes gave off a smell unexpectedly.
Really lovely hotel.
The staff at the front desk were warm and went out of their way to help, even though they speak very little English. A Chinese food stall is right beside the hotel, and breakfast includes McDonald's for free. There's also a free shuttle that takes you to Universal Studios Beijing and brings you back.
Getting around was convenient, with a free bus to Universal Studios and a supermarket close by where you can get breakfast at an affordable price. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and free McDonald's breakfast is included. The hotel itself was comfortable and well located.
