It's a basic hotel without much fancy stuff. Food and dining are shared with Four points Sheraton.

The service was fine, and the breakfast buffet was nice. Iris stood out for being attentive and making sure everything was just right. It made the stay pleasant.

The staff were helpful and easygoing, and the exchange rate at the front desk was close to the commercial bank rate, which is great. Rooms were clean and nice, with good service. The hotel restaurant has a pretty good breakfast, but dinner is a poor choice, so you can go to the Four Points lobby restaurant instead. For extra services, consider making requests through the SPG app.

The rooms have the usual Aloft style, with comfortable beds and the toilet and bathroom separated, but they don't have the large windows found in many Aloft hotels. Basic amenities are provided. The atmosphere wasn't very Aloft-like compared with what I'm used to, and I wouldn't recommend breakfast because the selection is limited. I'd recommend the four point by sheraton over Aloft.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and fancy, and the prices were astonishingly low. The pool wasn't in use, but I loved the place. Absolutely perfect.
