The hotel itself felt modern, stylish, cozy, and clean, and the breakfast was superb. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, with impeccable service. Its location in Wanfujin was the best, in my view, much better than other options, with the metro, malls, supermarkets, and restaurants all close by. It was a fantastic stay, a 12 out of 10 for me. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it for exploring Beijing, and I'd love to come back one day.

The map pin on Google isn't quite right. Still, it's a good, clean, comfortable hotel in a nice location.

The location is great, but the staff seemed poorly coordinated and kept misleading us about where to go. In the middle of summer, our room's air conditioning didn't work, something they should have checked before we arrived. They then tried to charge us for a worse room than the one we had paid for. I won't do business with this group again.
