Really disappointing. I booked a family suite penthouse, but was told it was full. Check-in was at 2pm, yet my room still wasn’t ready at 3pm, and I had to wait in the lobby for at least another hour. Does this place really deserve a 4-star rating? No paying customer should have to go through that.

Non-smokers should stay away. Although this is a non-smoking hotel, strong smoke came into our room because many neighboring guests were smoking. We reported it to management, but they ignored the complaint. There’s also a family of weasels in the building. Twice, they badly messed up the clothes we had drying on the terrace. The service was poor, and staying here was quite a disaster.

The location was my only complaint. It’s not close to a metro station, and there aren’t many shops nearby. The one-bedroom unit was huge, about 90sqm, with a Super King size bed. The indoor pool is very large, and the gym is spacious and well equipped, with a spinning room and even boxing equipment. It’s better than some commercial gyms. The restaurant is beautiful and breakfast is good.

The place itself is really nice and the staff are great. But this was the only hotel in the district with foreigners, and the local authorities heavily targeted it. Over the last year they made our lives hell, with measures that went far beyond what we saw anywhere else. Until the pandemic is over, stay in a district where foreign nationals are more accepted.
