Beijing Dream Inn Hotel

The staff were excellent and gave us very good service. Our original quadruple family room looked spacious in the pictures but turned out narrow and cramped, with little room for two people to move around. They quickly found us a more suitable room for an additional cost, which was reasonable for the extra space. That room had a good layout and was spacious, though the bathroom was far too small, with the toilet and shower squeezed into a 2x1m area. It can be hard to tell exactly what you’re booking, since these serviced apartments or rooms don’t always match their descriptions, and the photos make them look much larger. The kitchenette has a kettle and range hood, but no burner. The only sink is in the kitchenette, with none in the bathroom. There’s just one lift, heavily used by staff, delivery workers, and guests, so waits to go up or down can be long. The location is very convenient, adjoining a shopping centre with everything, and central for other places too. A very usable, convenient, well priced place to stay in Beijing, with customer service from the staff that was 10/10.
