I slept really well, and the room was very clean, as if it had just been cleaned. The toiletries were acceptable. The location is fantastic for shopping, and the surroundings are great too. There were only a few breakfast choices, the lobby closed early, and there weren't many Gold Passport vouchers. The TV in the room was old and too small. It would be handy if the check-out computer connected straight to a printer. The pool is on the third basement level with no direct sunlight, and there was an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in.
