Our suite was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was also very convenient, near exits F and G of Sanyuanqiao subway station, with a Starbucks and McDonald's about 300 meters away. Overall, we found the hotel comfortable, but the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was a lot of hair and the grout was still dirty. We’d booked through Agoda, but the staff couldn’t find our reservation. Communicating in English was very difficult, though we could tell the staff member was trying her best. Agoda eventually confirmed that the hotel wasn’t connected to its service. We got our money refunded and paid manually, which cost more than it should have. We stayed six nights and checked out at 5 a.m. Two staff members were asleep on the sofa under white blankets. I hope the staff can be friendlier, at least by smiling and saying thank you. Thanks!

The staff were kind, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, and massage places nearby, so the area is very convenient. It’s near Sangen Bridge, and during the quieter early morning hours it took about 30 minutes to reach the airport.

The subway is right outside, and the hotel is very close to the embassy. All the staff were lovely, and they even served breakfast in the morning. We had a great experience!

The hotel is in an office district, so they said the room would be quiet when I asked for one. There were earplugs in the room, though, and the other guests were noisy. At 11:30 PM, I got a call from a suspicious hotel asking, "Miss Massage?" I can’t believe calls like that still happen. And even when I tried speaking English, they spoke to me in Chinese. Does no one here speak English? It’s been a while since I stayed somewhere with the toilet and shower in one room. Even Hanting hotels seem to separate them these days.
