Beijing New World Centre Aparthotel

We got a good deal during the winter low season. The hotel itself is modern, well maintained, and has plenty of staff, with rooms that are a decent size. It’s near the administrative area, so there isn’t much to see on foot.

Daisy and Fisher at the front desk helped us sort out a luggage problem quickly. Everyone we met was very cordial, and the location is great too. Two thumbs up, thank you!

The indoor pool is 25 meters long and works well for a leisurely swim, with a particularly spacious changing area. On the 10th floor, the Executive Lounge feels cozy and elegant, with good coffee, refined snacks, and dim sum. Breakfast at the medium-sized restaurant has a rich mix of Asian and Western choices. Our room was larger than average, quiet at night, and pleasantly lit. There was plenty of storage, including hanging closets and luggage racks, plus a TV console, coffee table, desk, and pantry table. We also had a capsule coffee machine with four free capsules, an electric kettle, and complimentary bottled water. The city skyline view from the window was lovely. The bathroom was roomy and well equipped, with a bathtub, strong shower pressure, luxury showerheads, and quality toiletries and haircare products. A hair dryer, towel rack, and slippers were provided. There was a flat-screen TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi as well. Staff at the front desk and concierge were friendly and professional. Housekeeping was attentive and courteous. When we briefly came back to pick something up, staff politely checked that we had access to the room, which showed care for security and privacy. The laundry staff were courteous too. The hotel is right in the heart of Beijing, within walking distance of key government buildings and many well-known attractions. It’s a strong choice for international visitors wanting comfort and convenience in a central location, with spacious rooms, polished amenities, and professional service. One thing to watch: New World Beijing Hotel and “New World Hotel Beijing” are different properties, despite the similar names.

The room was spacious and clean, though the bathing fixtures felt a little dated. The shower water switch came off while I was washing, so I put it back and carried on.
