The restaurant and buffet had something for everyone in our group, though it was a little pricey. At the time, it was all-you-can-eat and drink, and you could exchange your admission card for a better non-buffet entree. The suite was perfect, and rooms were cleaned several times a day. Staff were friendly to guests who only spoke English.
10/10
I came back for a second stay in the first week of August, after spending a week here just before the Spring Festival in March. The place felt grand, modern, and amazing. The room had a great bed, entertainment, a toilet and shower area, a living room, and a mini bar. After a long workday, the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The restaurant had a great range of food. Breakfast buffet would keep you full for the day, and dinner was satisfying. There was also a spa in a building beside the main hotel, plus a coffee shop, KTV, a mini gym, and ATMs for when you ran out of cash. I wish more staff spoke a little English, but they were all friendly and accommodating. A few Mandarin words would come in handy for travelers who don't speak Chinese.
4/10
The staff were unprofessional and couldn't handle a phone call in English, even though this is an international hotel. Instead of responding professionally, they just hung up. They need to learn how to treat people before calling themselves hospitality professionals.

It seems someone smoked in this non-smoking room.
