Never again. This place is a dump, unless you're hoping to make contacts in the Russian mafia.

The cleaning is excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located. Staff are friendly, smiling and greeting you, and they don't steal. We left a gold chain in the room all day and it was still there. There are seven floors, and rooms with odd numbers face the military base, so expect cheerful Chinese songs at 6 a.m. If you're below the third floor in the left wing, you may hear songs from the restaurant until 3 a.m. The plumbing is old and only flushes in the morning :-D

It's an average place, but arriving at 2 a.m. made me appreciate it. The receptionists speak Russian, and it's near Yabaolu Market and U Leny restaurant. It has what you need: the rooms get warm with the air conditioning on, TNT and NTV are available, and the WiFi works. Fine for a stay, just not longer than seven days.
