Beijing Xingshe Hotel

The location is good, just a 3 minute walk from the MRT. That's about the only positive. I stayed two nights, and this was the worst hotel of my month in China. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and impolite. They wouldn't give me travel information and played on their phones while speaking with me. The customer service was awful, and I was very disappointed. At check-in, I was promised a free upgrade from a small room to a family room for both nights. Then, on my second night, the manager told me to move back to a small room because they needed the family room for another customer. If they can't keep their word, they shouldn't make that promise. Terrible management and awful service.
