China Palace Hotel B

For a four-star hotel, I found this place barely average. It’s aging, and parts of it, including the wellness area, seem to be waiting for renovation. Our carpet had red spots that might have been blood, and there was a large centipede in the bathtub. Only the person answering the phone spoke good English. Prices were excessive, since the same lunch or dinner nearby cost three or four times less. Breakfast was the one thing we liked: plentiful and tasty, though it ended at 9:30, which felt too early.
