We had lots of breakfast choices, and it was included in our package. The room was clean, spacious, and very nice, while the resort itself is huge and has spa facilities. I'd highly recommend it for a family holiday.

I went with my sister for a day at the hot spring, though you can also stay overnight at the resort. Since it was a weekday, we paid RMB168 each. Weekends are busier and probably cost more. The facilities were great, and it wasn't crowded, so it felt ideal and looked more hygienic. Food was available free all day, and I ended up completely stuffed. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's never tried a Chinese hot spring. We took a taxi, so I can't say how easy it is to get there by public transport.

The in-room hot spa was a nice way to finish the day. The rooms are on the older side, but they're clean and well looked after, and the hotel is nice.

We loved our three nights here, especially having a hot spring bath in the room after a day climbing the Wall. The beds were comfortable, though the king size is two singles pushed together. Breakfast was good, but it's in another building about a five minute walk away. The wallpaper was peeling and the rooms felt a little dated, yet there was still a luxurious feel. It really is a beautiful place.

Our trip-a-deal tour included a stay here, and we really enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable and the shower had strong, hot water. The heating ran too warm and kept switching itself back on after we turned it off. The hot spring bath was a nice extra, though it fills up very quickly.
