The neighborhood felt safe at night and seemed to be for wealthy residents. Most of the guests were Chinese. My room was small but clean and tidy, with a view of the skyscrapers. WiFi requires a password from reception. Breakfast was modest but had a decent choice, including steamed meat buns, rice, vegetables, and coffee. Hepingli Beijie is the nearest metro, about a 20-minute walk. To the left of the hotel there's a small, picturesque park where older people do morning exercises from 7:30 AM. Nearby shops all close at 10:00 PM.
