The location near Nanluoguxiang is a real draw, and the major sights are within walking distance. My room was large, clean, and felt traditional; breakfast was good, too. I enjoyed my stay a lot, and the service was friendly. I hope I get to see the huskies if I come back. They were kept out of sight because another guest was afraid of them.

Good value for the money, in a fabulous neighborhood. There's a courtyard on the property where you can relax, and the guys at the desk were nice and very helpful. A nice place to stay.

Quiet despite being right near downtown, this historic-feeling stay is set in a siheyuan courtyard that brings back the old days of China. The bicycle rental was handy, and breakfast was delicious. I've stayed in places all over the world, and this is one of the best. I'd happily return again and again.

It can be hard for taxi drivers to locate this hotel, tucked away in a historic hutong, but that's part of its charm. From here, many places are easy to reach on foot, and the staff are very helpful with planning. A great hotel in a historic setting.

A lovely stay in the hutongs, with a good breakfast and kind staff. They helped us arrange transportation and restaurant visits. I'd recommend the hotel to friends visiting Beijing.
