Courtyard By Marriott Beijing Changping

I loved the view from my high-floor room, which was big and luxurious, with a huge bathroom and a large rainfall shower. I stayed for one night in September 2025. The Courtyard is enormous and feels like a newly built luxury conference center, with ballrooms and event rooms. It's at the far northern end of metro Line 17, in a relatively undeveloped area. There's not much around beyond a 7/11, so don't expect much entertainment. The hotel has an on-site restaurant serving both Western and Eastern food, and a breakfast buffet is available for a fee.

The hotel felt new, well cared for, and quiet, with a nicely decorated lobby. I barely noticed the highway, though my older family member heard it in the middle of the night and may be more sensitive to noise. It’s about 30 minutes from the airport, and I’d stay here again. We booked two rooms for two nights through the app, but it showed an error and only one room. A call to the hotel confirmed both reservations. My family was also able to check in before I arrived because my flight was delayed. Thanks to Crystal at the front desk for moving one room away from the high-speed rail and highway for our second night.
