The food vendors nearby were handy, and the valet pointed us to a hand-pulled noodle shop across the road that we really enjoyed. Our room was a good size for the price, with two beds and a roomy bathroom. It was a bit too warm, but manager Ted and his colleague Mike arranged a cooler room for us. The service was great, and I’d say this hotel is well worth a stay when visiting Beijing.

Mr. Bobby and Mr. Kola were especially attentive and helpful, and the front desk team was kind and professional throughout. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and well equipped, while the rates felt reasonable for what you get. Crowne Plaza Beijing Chaoyang U-Town is an IHG hotel in central Beijing, directly connected to a reputable shopping mall. The lobby looks stunning, though there were only two seats, which often wasn’t enough. More seating would make it more comfortable and functional. I had a very satisfying stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Beijing. I hope to return.

Mariia made the stay especially positive. She was thoughtful and kind, and often offered help before I needed to ask. When I struggled to communicate with other staff, she stepped in and got things sorted smoothly. I also asked to change rooms because of noise, and that was handled quickly and efficiently. Her customer service was top-notch.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the concierge team was impressively organized with all the parcels they receive each day. Cola, Musa, Mark, and Troy were friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to assist us with a delivery purchase.
