Crystal Orange Beijing Chongwenmen

Our room still wasn't ready at 8pm, and then they gave it to another family. The replacement was small and not very clean. Breakfast was okay, and the location and free laundry were the only positives. It wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't come back.

We had a great stay at Crystal Orange Chongwenmen, Beijing. It's near the subway, and Qianmen Street is a short bike ride away. Our room was new and spacious. The hotel has free self-service laundry, and the room TV lets you check machine availability and track the wash and drying progress. The front desk team, both the young men and women, were extremely helpful and quick to respond. They upgraded us for free and gave us warm mineral water and fruit while we waited for the room. When I ran into trouble shopping on Taobao, they patiently walked me through it. They also searched for the many deliveries I'd ordered, then made several calls to track and change my orders. Two thumbs up for the team. We'd definitely stay again on a future visit to Beijing, and highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help, and the buffet in the morning had lots of variety. They could also prepare special dishes to order, and the coffee, made from high-quality beans, was excellent. Laundry was free, with brand-new washers and dryers, plus complimentary detergent and softeners. I liked the modern features too, including robots bringing takeout to the room and digital controls for the lights and TV. Even with all the technology, the hotel felt warm and personal. It is a little far from the main tourist sights, but the express train made getting to Daxing Airport easy. I had a wonderful stay at Beijing Crystal Orange Hotel，Wukesong Branch, and would happily recommend it. I'll definitely stay again when I visit Beijing.

From the lobby through the common areas and into the room, the style, atmosphere, and decor are stunning. The entrance is a little creepy, but inside it's a hidden gem. The room was stylish and well decorated, with a clean, comfy bed, a modern clean bathroom, a big TV, and lots of complimentary drinks. The hotel is next to the subway and close to plenty of malls and restaurants.
