I had a clean, comfortable stay and got good value for my money. The room was tidy, the bed comfortable, and the location convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Yin for kindly carrying my luggage all the way outside.

We were meant to stay there, and days beforehand I emailed to ask how best to reach the hotel, by transport or taxi, since internet access on our phones was complicated. They never replied, and we couldn't find the hotel. That's embarrassing for a 'Luxury' hotel. They didn't even ask why we never arrived. I wouldn't recommend it.

The breakfast is great, and there's delicious free coffee and snacks all day. The rooms and amenities are excellent, but most rooms have no windows. It's also far from the two metro stations.
