We loved our Executive Room. It was spacious, with a sofa and a king-size bed, and the facilities include an indoor pool, gym, kids’ room, and in-house restaurant. There’s a delicious local restaurant right across the street and a supermarket nearby, too. The location is excellent, about 30 minutes from the Great Wall at Badaling. A clean, free-entry park just a two-minute walk away is lovely for a relaxing stroll. Highly recommend!

The room was nice, but getting to the north wing was confusing. You have to walk outside even though the building is connected on every floor. The cafeteria staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other, and they didn’t know how to make an omelette.

The rooms are really nice, and otherwise it’s a great hotel. But Google Maps seems to have the location wrong. Give the hotel name to your taxi driver and you may end up 100km away from the location shown here. This isn’t Badaling, so keep that in mind if you have an early train or flight.

As usual with Hilton, the staff were wonderful. We had a couple of communication mix-ups, but things ended up better than what we’d asked for. The rooms were great, and we had a lovely one with a bath. It’s not far from the wall, either. My friend also liked that the chef and cooking staff said hello at breakfast. Really nice, thank you!
