EAST Beijing

The location is convenient, with the hotel connected to Indigo shopping centre. My room was quiet and very clean, the shower had strong pressure, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is handy, beside a metro station and a mall with premium brands. I stayed at the East Beijing with a friend and we had a wonderful time. Our room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Service was outstanding from the front desk, concierge, and restaurant staff. I highly recommend it.

The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, and the housekeeping lady was especially nice. The rooms were clean, with plenty of well-hidden cupboards and USB charging plus different kinds of sockets beside the bed, so there’s no need for an adapter. The hotel connects to a mall with lots of food options, Pop Mart, and Top Toy Store, and breakfast had a huge spread. I loved nearly everything, except the pillows sink so much that after about 20 minutes your head is on the bed, and the city view looks onto a big construction site.

The helpful, friendly staff and the room’s blackout blinds, quality toiletry bag, and three-in-one charging cable were all appreciated. There’s a Brita filtered water tap by the bathroom sink, premium sheets, and a comfortable bed. The hotel is next to Indigo shopping centre. It’s an outstanding minimalist hotel that exceeded expectations, highly recommended. One issue is that the charging ports are tucked behind a drawer you have to open, and its sharp corners aren’t toddler friendly. Some days were a little noisy because of the construction site beside the hotel.
