We had such a good stay that I cancelled my booking at another top-line hotel. Kathy looked after us and was quick to respond whenever I needed something. The cleaning lady was friendly and nice, and the concierge was a big help too.

The hotel is clean, and breakfast was really nice. The walls are very close to the hotel, so the location is super convenient. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and their English was very good. It was almost perfect, but the family room's bathroom had very little privacy because there was no proper door. Service gets five stars from me, but the room setup brings it down.

Friendly, attentive staff and a great atmosphere. A smaller mall and food court are right downstairs across the street, and there's a large shopping mall about 1 km away.

The hotel was okay, but the room smelled of cigarettes.

An old hotel for a five-star.
