The airport shuttle ran without any problems, which is the one reason I gave the service a star. The room was clean, but unbearably hot and dry at 28°C. I set the AC to its lowest setting and waited an hour without feeling any difference. When I asked about it, I was told that people in China still consider it cold and there was no reason to turn on the AC yet, even though it was 29°C outside. The front desk staff couldn't manage basic English and relied on Google Translator, which was usually inaccurate. Probably my worst Marriott stay. I really wouldn't recommend it.
