I sent heat packs to the hotel for my in-laws and had already shared the booking details, group names, and country for their group of more than 150 people. This morning, when they asked for the package, staff first told them to search for it themselves in the warehouse among dozens of other packages. They couldn't get help from anyone and had to leave without the heat packs I'd prepared for the cold, windy days ahead. Is this how guest packages are handled? For an incoming group, especially one this large, doesn't the hotel brief anyone? I've never before had a hotel make guests dig through such a messy warehouse for their own package. Is this your idea of hospitality?

Everything else was great, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. My one complaint is that although the whole hotel is supposed to be smoke-free, staff don't seem to enforce the rule. Cigarette smoke from the guest next door kept drifting into my room. I'd book here again in the future.

I booked nine days but left after just one night because the room smelled awful, had no AC, and the carpet was wet with urine. The staff couldn't have cared less. A really bad stay.

It's an older hotel, though the room was in quite good, clean condition. The thermostat may be faulty. On the first night I set it to 20°C, but the room display showed 27°C. I complained to the front desk and they may have sent someone to check. I then set it to 18°C; the display still read 27°C, but the air coming from the AC unit felt cooler than the night before.

The rooms are great, and there's a generous breakfast, though it isn't continental. It's a long way from the center, and the staff barely speak English.
