The rooms were clean and beautiful, but it was the staff's professionalism and kindness that made this stay stand out. I've stayed in so many hotels over the years, and this was my best experience. We loved our time at the Four Seasons Beijing. Thank you, Ethan and everyone, for making it so special.

The service was unbeatable. They arranged early check-in and brought a delicious cake and fruit platter for my 80-year-old mum. She'll remember it. The Four Seasons is the Four Seasons, and I'd definitely recommend it. The location is great, about a five-minute walk from the metro, with a quick taxi ride from PEK airport. It's by the river, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was incredible, with more than I could imagine. I love Chinese and Indian food and really enjoyed those options, and there was European food too. Thank you for an unforgettable stay in a great city!

The quiet diplomatic district makes for a peaceful base, while still being convenient for getting around key parts of the city. The rooms and facilities feel like modern luxury, with high-tech touches that add comfort while keeping things elegant. The way technology is integrated throughout the hotel reflects its focus on quality. The team was professional and attentive throughout, and every meal exceeded expectations for both the food and service. My stay at the Four Seasons Beijing was outstanding in every respect. The staff made the stay with warm welcomes, personal touches, and excellent hospitality from beginning to end. That was outstanding. This was the last stop on our trip through China and our fourth hotel. We stayed in several luxurious places, and the Four Seasons was probably our least favorite. It feels a bit dated and could use more upkeep despite the name. The area near the Embassies District has a business feel, and central Beijing is at least 20 minutes away, more realistically around half an hour with traffic.

We came from 70 degree weather in the US and arrived in Beijing to 30 degree temps, and the welcome at check-in was warm in every sense. The Four Seasons Beijing team took care of everything, from guided tours and restaurant tips with reservations to lovely meals onsite and thoughtful birthday and holiday surprises for our family. Not a detail seemed to slip by. Rebecca and the Guest Experience team, Ethan, Melody, and Xiao, made us feel so looked after, as did Chef Duan, Berry and Irena in the wait staff, Concierge Fred, and bartender Zaizai. Their care and professionalism made the whole trip memorable. We just wish we could have stayed longer.
