We spent nearly two years here as a family while I was on assignment in Beijing. The location is a big part of why it worked so well for us, with transport, malls, restaurants, and parks all nearby. The staff are really helpful and friendly, and the basic facilities are solid. I found it one of the best places I've stayed for both service and location, especially for a longer stay. You can pretty much arrive with your bags and settle in.
