The restaurant has simple food, and there’s nothing around the hotel. It takes 10-15 minutes by car to reach it, since this so-called airport hotel is in the airport service area, not the passenger terminal (see map). Unless your budget is tight or everywhere else is full, I’d look elsewhere. The vending machine is in the lobby, but if you’re a tourist without a credit line, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and similar options don’t work. What about cash? There was nobody looking after the lobby besides the reception lady, who only handled check-in and check-out.

Air China sends passengers who miss connections to this lousy hotel. They call the room free, but it costs 150 RMB if you don’t want to share it with a stranger.

We and several other people were given rooms that already had guests in them. It was a frightening experience. After nearly an hour of confusion, and with very limited English, they did finally sort it out.
