The room was huge, and it had air conditioning even in spring. At lots of other hotels, they only run warm central heating then, and a room at 25-26 degrees makes it impossible to sleep. The shower gel and shampoo were high quality and smelled really nice.

The beds were clean and so comfortable that I slept really well. Breakfast was another story. The dining room couldn't handle the crowd, and we were sent to a meeting room instead. It felt disorganized and uninviting, and some people were eating while standing. Spoons and glasses were often missing. If we got there early, they were available, but later arrivals got paper cups. One glass had a sharp edge and cut my lip, so the hotel should check its glassware for safety. If the hotel hosts groups, the breakfast space and tableware need attention so people can eat properly instead of rushing to get through it.
