A few things I didn't like: 1. The Wi-Fi was awful and hard to connect to. 2. The toilet area wasn't guest-friendly. The basin, toilet bowl, and shower are all separate, with no linen hooks or hangers. 3. The room switches were awkward to use too. 4. The door's double lock was faulty. 5. It doesn't deserve a 4-5 star rating. 6. It's too far from any places of interest.

The suites are lovely and spacious, though the location is a little far away. Service felt somewhat distant, probably because of the language barrier, but the staff did try to sort out any problems. The older people at reception were especially friendly. Even when they couldn't understand me, they'd speak with staff so I could get help without waiting around. I had quite a good experience and left two bracelets for two staff members who helped me a lot. I plan to return next year and hope the treatment is just as good or better.

I was very disappointed by my recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Beijing West Railway Station. Management came across as unprofessional and uncooperative. Even though I had confirmed the details by phone before arriving, after the stay staff took no responsibility for my concerns and hung up when I called. My issues included privacy breaches and disrespect, and the hotel refused to address them. This falls far short of Hilton’s standards. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone expecting professional service and care for guests.
