Roger and the staff really stood out, top service and I was very impressed. I even went to the wrong Holiday Inn after leaving the airport, and the staff there gave me water while I figured out how to get to the right one. There are lots of Holiday Inns, so check the address, not just the name. The room was an okay size, and the shower and bathroom were fine, but the pillows smelled sweaty. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport, so it doesn't really feel like an airport hotel. Breakfast was 3/5. Other people seemed to like the dishes, but they weren't for me. The place seemed to have mostly local guests. I saw maybe three other tourists during my 16 hours there. There's a cafe and a shop on site.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. It's near the sixth ring road.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. My room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom that had a shower but no tub. I could hear aircraft noise, though. There's a free airport shuttle, but you need to book it at reception. It takes around 30 minutes to reach Terminal 1 and 40 minutes to Terminal 2. I was very satisfied with the hotel.

The WiFi didn't work, even when it showed as connected, and there wasn't much nearby, like a grocery store, salon, or pharmacy. The cleaning was poor too. They didn't change the sheets or provide a shower cap. The AC was very weak, and we needed two portable AC units to cool the room. They wouldn't offer us another room, and still charged us.

Ting ting Li at reception helped me find a good deal on breakfast, even though I hadn't included it in my booking. The food was really tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a very pleasant, satisfying stay.
