The room was quiet, though cleaning could have been better, and the hallway smelled of smoke. The elevator also took ages. The location is great, right in front of the metro station. Staff don't speak much English, but they were friendly and very helpful.

There’s a free laundry room for guests, and the rooms look fairly new and were clean. The location is very good too, within walking distance of Wangfujing and between two subway stations.

Close to wangfujin st, so the location is good. Our room was clean, just too small for us. Still, a good stay 👍

The map pin on Google Maps is misplaced. The hotel is actually just behind St. Joseph Cathedral, though plenty of places on Google Maps seem to be off. We booked a family room through Agoda for three adults and clearly specified that there were no children. Instead, we got a room set up for children that felt very small for three adults. We paid a little extra to move to a bigger room. The hotel should have contacted us when it received the booking to let us know the room was too small for three adults. The location is great, with Wangfujin Road, the Forbidden City, and the MRT station all within walking distance. Front office service could be better, including a bigger smile. Staff also asked us to give a five-star review at checkout. Language is a barrier, so bring a good translation app, preferably something better than Google Translate.
