For a quiet stay, this place is an option, and traffic nearby is acceptable. It's about 40 minutes from the Intl airport. The building is 10 years old, with a great architectural concept, and lots of locals use it. Restaurant choices are limited. The rooms are barely 4 stars, but they're basic and clean. The carpets show signs of wear. Downtown Beijing is far, about 1.5 hrs. I recommend a local mall named Surprise Outlet, around 30 minutes away by taxi, which costs about 80 RMB. If you're really picky, don't book.

The enzyme drinks were delicious, and we’re very thankful to the hotel for providing them. Tour guide Yang, Taiwanese tour guide Xiaoxian, and Master Wang all gave us five-star service. One small suggestion: coffee bags would be even better than tea bags.

There’s plenty of room to spread out, and the bathtub was a nice way to relax and ease my tired body.
