We booked using points because we were travelling with two children and understood the twin room to have two queen beds. I called the hotel to confirm, but the description seems inaccurate. Hyatt is a major chain, yet they don’t seem to be trying to fix the listing. For a five-star hotel, it was very disappointing that they kept repeating that it was a twin booking and made no effort to resolve it. Please correct the website description so guests aren’t misled.

There was a cockroach on the floor. That was awful. :(

The hotel is a taxi ride from central Yanqing, so getting into town takes some planning. I was there recently for the Beijing World Horticultural Exposition. The entrance and lobby felt quite luxurious, and the room was roomy, though a few details looked like they’d been put together in a rush. Still, I had a comfortable stay.
