The location is very convenient, with the metro, shops and restaurants right nearby. Everything was spotless, from the rooms and corridors to the reception and elevator. There usually aren't windows in the rooms. We needed to extend our stay by one day for five people, but reception couldn't arrange it within an hour, even with a translator. Breakfast is served in a separate building 50 meters away, and you can only order the set menu, with no changes. A set spending limit might work better. Nobody at reception knew even a little English.
