I was stranded in Beijing by accident in 2018, with a dead cellphone, and stayed here for one night. The front desk was super friendly and the guest service was great. The rooms were quiet and clean, and the outside stairs on the 3rd floor gave me an old town feeling. I'd really like to come back.

I stayed at Ji hotel in Beijing and really enjoyed the good service from the hotel staff.

The room was acceptably clean, but the walls were so thin I could hear people talking in their rooms and in the hallway. The TV volume was also acting up. We got too little complimentary water and tea, and Yangzhou city QuanJi hotel has better amenities. The front desk said there'd be taxis out front, but we couldn't find any drivers. I also found unsolicited massage girl cards pushed under the door.

There's a free tea set in the room, which was nice. The room and bed were clean and pleasant, and the hotel is about 600 m from Dongzhimen subway, by Gate E.

It's in a good spot, near the subway and city centre. The room itself is dated and feels like a 2 star hotel, so it needs renovation. Given its condition, the price isn't cheap.
