We had a firm mattress, which suited us, and the bathroom was clean and in good shape. The hotel is quite far from downtown, though there’s a small shop inside, shops around the corner, and a mall down the road. The rooms are large and well equipped, if a little dated, and generally clean, although we did spot a few hairs on the armchair. Breakfast was decent rather than amazing, with tasty food and good coffee. There’s only one coffee machine, so go early. WiFi barely worked in our room, but my phone data plan came in handy. Staff didn’t speak English, so we relied on translation apps to communicate. That’s not their fault. This was the first hotel my husband and I stayed at on our group tour, and it was nice enough overall.

The bathroom was moldy and broken in several places, and the room itself was tiny and rundown. There were even condoms displayed on the table for sale. How is this supposed to be a business conference type of hotel? I’ll never book here again.

The beds and food were okay. It’s a bit far from the city center, but close enough to the metro that getting around is accessible. You’ll need a swimming cap to use the pool.

The hotel is very quiet and well equipped. Its location is a letdown for tourists, since it’s too far from the city center.

The coffee setup felt a bit do-it-yourself, and the queue was long enough to take away from an otherwise excellent hotel. That kept it from being five stars for me.
