The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we really enjoyed our stay at this JW Marriott on our Beijing trip a few months ago. Our only issue was that just the heaters in the room were working, so it got a bit hot. I assume that was because we visited in winter. We'd definitely stay here again.

We spent three nights here and were impressed by the service, room, food, and even the price. The free buffet breakfast on the second floor was wonderful, as was the food in the large, well-staffed executive lounge. The concierges helped us and spoke English extremely well. We loved our stay.

Jovi at the Concierge paid our taxi fare when we arrived without local currency, and we paid him back later. The reception staff were also very nice and helpful. We stayed four nights, and the spacious room and great service made for a pleasant stay, with an okay location. The breakfast spread was large, but there were few choices for people who don't eat meat. Beef or pork was in almost everything, even the roasted potatoes. Marriott is my favorite hotel brand and I always look for a chance to stay at one, but this visit was a bit disappointing. It felt more like a business hotel than a good choice for tourists.

The concierge helped us figure out the train line and how to use Alipay, and reception offered a soothing ginger drink after our red-eye flight. The dining staff were attentive and thoughtful too. My stay at JW Marriott Central was first class, from the room and meals to the service. I wish we'd stayed longer!

The room was clean and the location is central and convenient. Breakfast on level 5 has lots of different foods to try. For a bit extra, the Executive lounge offers tea breaks and dinner buffets, and you can get office work done there too.
