I found the rooms very well kept, and every staff member I met was helpful and professional. M Hotel at Qianmen is also an easy walk from Qianmen Walking Street, which made exploring Beijing convenient. The service and cleanliness made for a great stay.

I got a room with a huge balcony, though the room itself was just so-so and not very clean. There's a rule that you need to open your luggage at reception. I forgot my password, and they wouldn't let me take the bag upstairs, so I had to try the numbers one by one there until it opened.
