The building is well maintained and the JW service is up to standard. It's in a great spot, close to everything, with a Walmart on the next block and a huge underground food court and shopping mall. The one letdown was breakfast, which had less variety than at other JW locations.
The Club Lounge has a good range of food and premium drinks, and even though this JW Marriott opened almost 20 years ago, it still looks fresh and modern. It's also in a fantastic location, surrounded by luxury shops and some of Beijing's best restaurants.
Relinda Liu in the Lounge was thoughtful and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and clients in the future.
I enjoyed my time at the hotel. The staff and service were great, and I had a good visit.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are excellent. Noise from car horns and the surrounding area came through because the rooms aren't soundproof, which is the only reason I didn't give it five stars.
