A few practical things: none of the bathrooms have vents, so bring Lysol, and pack washcloths unless you’re fine showering with a towel. You don’t need converters if you’re only plugging in a phone, and you can leave your USB plugs at home. The hotel provides chargers for iPhones, Androids, and older phones. The hotel’s breakfast was one of the best. You can get a street meal for about $5 per person, but the Chinese food here is an experience in itself. There are no words for it. The hotel also offers food and tours, which is especially useful if you aren’t fluent in Chinese. It’s a great spot.

A good price for a spotlessly clean hotel in the business district.

I had a very pleasant stay. Yue, Jian, Ting, and Xu at the front desk were thoughtful and kind. Many thanks to them.
