The breakfast was just right for me, and I really enjoyed it. Staff were attentive and greeted us whenever we came in or out of the restaurant or lobby, which felt better than some other 5 stars hotel. The location is very convenient, right beside Nanluoguxiang station exit E. Rooms can be small, but ours was comfortable. I'd come back if I visit Beijing again.
During check-in they questioned my visa incorrectly for over an hour and threatened to call the police. I’ve lived in China for 4 months and have never been treated so rudely or unprofessionally. They made a mistake and never apologized. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Don’t stay here.
The room wasn’t large, but it was comfortable and well looked after. The staff were patient, friendly and helpful. Great spot too, right by the metro and lots of nightlife. I enjoyed my stay.
The staff were friendly, and everything was clean. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted fresh. The hotel is right by the subway, in a very central, convenient location.
Getting around was easy from this hotel. It’s on a main road, close to the MRT and a walking street, and convenient for pretty much everything. The place is smoke-free, the rooms are clean and lovely, and the staff are friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious too. 10 out of 10.
