The hotel is nice, but the mattress was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. They couldn’t replace it or do anything about it. Also, when we returned from our city tour at 16:00, the room still hadn’t been cleaned. I had to call reception and specifically ask them to send someone.

The hotel has clean rooms, a graceful atmosphere, and friendly staff. It’s a beautiful spot in central Beijing. A big shopping mall is only steps away, and the nearby promenade gets especially lively with lights at night.

We’ve been coming to this wonderful hotel for over 25 years, and the meaning brought by the salad with our arrival. Years ago, we were introduced to Spiaggia Dragon Ocean Oro by Italian friends, and we’ve appreciated the beautiful scenery, first-class service, good food, and friendly atmosphere ever since. The food is superb. If you don’t feel like having a three-course dinner, you can easily ask for a club for pork or their pasta, and it’s no problem. It’s a rare find, and I sincerely recommend it. We’ll definitely come again!
