Park Inn by Radisson Beijing Tongzhou Universal Resort

The room stayed terribly hot for both nights. The AC was fully controlled by the staff member at the controller, and no matter how often guests complained, we kept being told it would be fixed soon. It never got cooler, and opening the windows didn't help. I really hope the staff hear these pleas and blessings for them and the hotel.

The hotel has great facilities, including washer and dryer on level 2 and a gym beside the breakfast area. Breakfast was alright, and the staff were friendly. They also had kids' amenities ready at check-in, which was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay, especially the free shuttle to Universal Studio, only a 10-minute ride away. We took a taxi back early because we were close to the park. There's just one convenience store next door, and it can be costly. Food delivery orders can be received in the lobby. Beijing taxis don't overcharge, apart from private hires.

We had one of our best stays here. The rooms and facilities were clean and organized, and the room had handy tech like automatic curtains and easy access to TV shows. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who likes a luxury hotel, especially if they're going to Universal Studios Beijing.

Cheng Cheng was helpful and changed my double-bed room to a twin. The hotel was good, and they also run a shuttle to and from Universal Studio.
