Reception made our stay special. Amber, Angela, and Zara were friendly and went out of their way to help me and my family. The Park Plaza Wangfujing Bejing also has a great location. I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

On our first trip to Beijing, this hotel was better than we expected. Amber at reception was especially kind and attentive, helping us order food and medicine when my app wasn't working. We really appreciated that. The location was great, just a stone's throw from a popular shopping area, and the staff and cleanliness were fantastic.

The room wasn't as clean as I expected for a hotel in this price range compared with similar places. Service was good, though not exceptional. The location is a strong point, within walking distance of Wangfujing and close to a subway station.

The varied breakfast and views were both nice, and the hotel is central and quiet. One thing to watch: Google Maps currently puts it about 200 meters too far west. Search for the hotel parking to find the right spot. Our south-facing room was already too hot in March, and the AC didn't cool it. When I complained, they brought a fan, but it didn't help much.

Eric at concierge was amazing, spoke English, and was really useful. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, though it's a shame there's no room service.
