We had a very pleasant stay in this modern-looking hotel, with spacious rooms and bathrooms and a view of nearby skyscrapers. Its central Beijing location worked really well for our tourist group. Breakfast was very good, though the cheese selection was quite limited. I’d definitely recommend this nice hotel.

The rooms are roomy, renovated, and have all the facilities, and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is in a fantastic neighborhood with lots of shopping malls nearby. The main difficulty was that almost nobody at reception spoke English.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the washroom had plenty of space with a separate bath and shower. Housekeeping did a great job, and there was a great breakfast spread. The hotel’s delivery robot was adorable, riding the elevator on its own and greeting you if you happened to be there. I also found the switch-controlled curtains interesting. Wi-Fi was weak, as it is in other hotels in China, and this one was no exception. Staff also had some difficulty with English.

Everything was immaculate from the moment I came in, both in the public spaces and in the rooms. The attention to detail made me feel at home. Emily Hu was especially helpful and attentive, and made our stay even better. The whole team was friendly and went out of their way to help, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was okay, but the AC didn’t work properly, so it got hot in summer. They lock the mini fridge in case you steal something. The pool and gym are open to the public and get so busy that they aren’t worth checking out.
