The last day was awful. Staff locked our cards so we couldn’t get into the rooms where our suitcases were still inside, and we had to call the police to get back in. They refused us access, saying it was supposedly because we were being unpleasant, and I felt they were ignoring us. They also lied to make us leave so they could bring in students who were more profitable for them. It had been a good hotel, but that ending was deeply unpleasant.

The place is spacious and clean, but the staff only speak Chinese.
